What to Expect?

This is soul-level work: Expect emotional release, soul remembrance, and heartfelt connection, all supported by nature and community. We’ll begin by gathering in circle to share Mayan Ceremonial Cacao, sourced directly from Mexico. This gentle, heart-opening plant spirit has been used for centuries to support connection, and inner visioning. As we sip together, we open our hearts to our own potential and to each other. From here Jade will guide a full transformational breathwork ceremony, supported by music, movement, and somatic tools. Using circular, conscious breathing, this practice allows you to access altered states of consciousness and move through physical, emotional, and energetic layers. It offers deep release, clarity, and reconnection to the wisdom of your body. Whether you’re navigating something tender or simply feeling the call to come home to yourself, breathwork will meet you exactly where you are. Afterwards, we’ll pause for a complimentary light lunch (think vegan salads and fruit platters). You’re welcome to bring anything extra you'd like to enjoy. Weather permitting, we’ll share this meal on the beach. Optional sea-swim during lunch to honour the element of water: cleansing and awakening our cells. Following lunch, Lillie will guide a mindfulness-based yoga practice on the sand. We’ll ease in slowly with warm-ups and deep, intentional stretches restore presence. You’ll be invited to listen to your body, your energy, and the quiet wisdom within. Each movement becomes a prayer of strength and softness. In Savasana, you’ll be guided into a healing meditation, supported by the hush of waves and the sea breeze on your skin. To close, we’ll step into the beachfront sauna at SeaScrubSauna where fire and heat offer a final layer of release. Alternating between sauna and ice baths, we’ll soothe the nervous system awaken the senses, and complete our elemental journey, restored, alive, and reconnected.
