From the comfort of your own sacred space, join us for an online breathwork ceremony that transcends the screen; a potent immersion into self, healing, and inner stillness. This is not your average online workshop. This is a ceremony. A portal. A powerful collective exhale. Together, we’ll create a virtual temple for transformation, where community, movement, sound, and of course, our breath guide us inward. Through this deeply activating practice, you’ll be invited to release tension, reconnect with your body, and return home to your inner peace. What’s included: - Opening connection circle (yes, even online it’s felt!) - Movement - Singing circle/ vocal expression - Circular, connected breathwork - Integration + closing reflections Come as you are, in your softness, in your questions, in your becoming. Cancellation Policy
Please ensure you do not have any contraindications prior to booking any of our services (these can be found on the FAQ page and are reiterated on the checkout page). If you are unsure about a possible contraindication, please get in touch. As we are a small business, refunds will not be issued unless we have initiated a change in schedule. This policy applies to cancellations or no-shows. Please ensure you arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time to avoid impacting others. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show.
